Malhar is a rambunctious adolescent. He's gotten in the habit of embracing any challenge without considering the implications. When he loses a buddy due to the corrupt system's carelessness, he decides to fight back. The Chief Minister threatens Malhar as his anger escalates. This does not dissuade him, and he accepts the task of dethroning the Chief Minister within 30 days.
