Many villages in India still practise superstition, which is used to exclude women. She is frequently described as a witch or worse in an attempt to stain her character and stifle her rise to fame. This label is then endorsed by fictitious stories that gain traction as they are spread. SAAVAT is a narrative about a woman who overcomes her personal adversity in order to bring justice to another woman who is caught up in an unimaginable tale of deception and deception.
