Risk tells the storey of a police officer who is determined to rid the city of crime and criminals. He must fight an underworld don with powerful political ties who is running the city from afar. The plot takes a turn when a cop is wrongly accused of murder and is used as a tool in the Don's scheme to ruin the city.
