Jagat Jogini Maa Khodiyar (2006)
Cow-herd Mamaniya Charan and his wife live in poverty in Gardhana village, Gujarat, India. Despite being married for ten years, they have been unable to conceive, and as a result, they are shunned and scorned by the whole community, with the exception of Maharaj Adiraj, Mamaniya's friend. When Adiraj prevents Mamaniya from entering the palace because he brings ill luck, Mamaniya prays to Bhagwan Shri Bholeynath, who is pleased by his devotion and appears before him alongside Devi Maa Parvati. When Mamaniya requests a kid, Bholeynath explains that he is not destined to bear children, but on Parvatiji's advice, he advises Mamaniya to go to Pataal Lok to see Naagraj. Mamaniya sets off on the trek, encounters Naagraj, his wife, and their eight children, and after hearing Mamaniya's request, begs him to take all of his children. Mamaniya rushes home, gives his wife the good news, and within a few days, eight children - seven girls and one boy - arrive mysteriously in their household. Their happiness is shared by the entire community, including Adiraj. As the children get older, one of their daughters, Jaanbai, who has a limp, begins to manifest supernatural abilities and is renamed Devi Maa Khodiyar. When word of this comes out, the Charan family is confronted by Raj Purohit, the Mahamantri, and Dankasur, a shape-shifting demon who would stop at nothing to defame Mamaniya, Devi Maa Khodiyar, and the entire Charan family.
