It's a Man's World (2010)

This is the story of four young men who have come to Bombay to make it big. Shakti, Mikhil, Krish, and Ranjit all arrive in Bombay with their own ambitions and dreams. In his own slave-driving way, Vishal Rana (Mohsin Akhtar) becomes their saviour in this city of dreams. Despite the fact that Vishal is not averse to hurting others for his own gain, these boys are thankful to him for the changes he has brought about in them. He is the reason they are able to thrive and grow in the city. 'It's a Man's World' often depicts the truth of male prostitution as well as the emotional aspects of the flesh trade.
