Gopya (2017)

Despite coming from a low-income home, 12-year-old Gopi is pushed to go to school by his sister. Despite being a bully, Gopi is a gifted athlete, but the school's headmaster, Mr. Dinkar Khandhare, disallows him from participating in sports after he complained to the inspection officer. Gopi is left broken by the incident and loses interest in sports. However, a new teacher named Nandini madam and the school's physical education teacher, Mr. Vijay Patil, convince him to enter a race and promise him that winning will alter his life.
