Govind, a 12-year-old boy, enjoys flying a kite with two buddies. Govind becomes a victim of bullying as a result of an incident, as an arrogant youngster regularly causes him difficulties. Govind must uncover his inner power and desire his way to triumph as he continues to be bullied and trapped.
