Dhondi (2017)

Due to the lack of rain, village farmers in a drought-stricken area commit themselves, and a young youngster After learning about his neighbor's suicide, Dadya fears his own father, Kisnya, may follow suit. Farmers in the village have been suffering from hunger and debt for the past three years because farming is their primary source of income. The locals make fun of Dadya when he decides to use ancient traditions to bring rain to the village, such as burying money as a bribe for the rain gods and reciting the name of God all night.
