Laws are developed, and loopholes are created to allow people to get around them, but those who make the laws are rarely aware of them. 'Atrocity' is another such law that the general public is unaware of. As a result, the law's intended beneficiaries, the poorer sectors of society, are unable to benefit. The film 'Atrocity,' which aims to raise awareness and highlight the law, also makes a point about how it is misused.
