The narrative of Andya and Fundya, two closest friends who will always support one another and whose unwavering love drives them to do everything for one another, is told in Andya cha Funda. In contrast to Fundya, who comes from a poor family but is a happy-go-lucky, full-of-films child and a big fan of Shahrukh Khan, Andya is a well-to-do, well-mannered, intellectual, and cultured boy. They are united at the heart and their relationship transcends all earthly pleasures and prosperity. They are well known for their antics and for having fun.Sadly, Fundya passes away, and everything changes when Andya's life comes to a complete stop. In order to fulfil his final wish, Fundya returns in the guise of a ghost that can only be seen by his best friend Andya. The two friends' journey to Konkan to seek clarification and uncover the mysteries now begins.
