Anaan (2017)

Young Neel is raised by Vasudha, a traditional singer who the tribesmen consider to be a sin child. She becomes physically and emotionally queer as she grows older, but she also excels as a dancer and wins many admirers. Unaware of her true identity, Neel receives assistance from a group of German students who have travelled to India to conduct research on Indian art form in order to find out who she really is.
