Amdavad Ma Famous (2015)

Amdavad Ma Famous' is a narrative set against the colourful backdrop of Ahmedabad's greatest kite-flying event. When Zaid meets his antagonist Mushtaq, an old security guard of the building where Zaid and his companion fly their kites, he transforms from a youngster next door to an aggressive and fanatical kite-runner. The kite flying festival's whimsical nature, the kind of craziness that sweeps Ahmedabad city, and Zaid's obsession with kites combine to create a colourful view of a very unique India.
