47 Dhansukh Bhawan (2019)

Dhaval, a young man, visits his old house during the weekend with his elder brother Rishi and Rishi's friend Shyam. The goal is to sell old items as well as the property as quickly as feasible. They've discovered that they don't have power in the house. Shyam returns to the main city with some rechargeable batteries so they can spend the night and finish the job the next day. Meanwhile, Dhaval discovers a peculiar sound in the house and asks Rishi to investigate. Rishi walks to the upper floor of the house and vanishes. The rest of the night is spent in a sequence of catastrophes. Dhaval is unable to do so.
